ESP Soy Protein Omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 75ml Milk
- 1 tbsp ESP Soy Protein
- Tomatoes, onions and parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper
- Butter
Directions:
- Mix ESP Soy Protein with 75ml of milk and shake well.
- Crack 2 eggs into a bowl with the ESP Soy Protein and milk mixture.
- Add any garnish of your choice.
- Mix and whisk well.
- Heat up pan and add butter.
- Pour the egg mixture into pan and fry.
- Your yummy, energising breakfast is ready!
ESP Soy Protein French Toast
Ingredients:
- 2pcs Bread
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tbsp ESP Soy Protein
- Strawberries, blueberries and/or honey for garnish
- Butter
Directions:
- Mix ESP Soy Protein with ½ cup of milk and shake well.
- Crack 2 eggs into bowl with the ESP Soy Protein and milk mixture.
- Mix and whisk well.
- Soak bread into mixture.
- Heat up pan and add butter.
- Put soaked bread into pan and fry.
- Add any garnish of your choice and your healthy ESP French Toast is ready!
