Strawberry Yoghurt ESP Soy Protein Popsicles

Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon ESP Soy Protein
  • ¼ Banana
  • 30ml Milk
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup Strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Spinach Banana ESP Soy Protein Popsicles

Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon ESP Soy Protein
  • 1¼ Banana
  • 20ml Milk
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Tropical ESP Soy Protein Popsicles

4 Servings

Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon ESP Soy Protein
  • ¼ Banana
  • 1 cup Mango
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • ½ cup Yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
Directions:
  1. Wash and cut fruits.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze until solid (around 5 – 6 hours).
  4. To serve, dip the bottoms of the moulds in hot water for a few seconds so the popsicle slides out easily. Enjoy!
