Berry Yummy Froyo

A delectable frozen treat. Perfect snack for a hot sunny day!

INGREDIENTS:

2 scoops of Meal Shakes
3 cups of frozen strawberries
1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well.
  2. Transfer the frozen yogurt into a container, wrap it and freeze overnight.
  3. Top with some fresh fruits/chocolate chips and enjoy!

Tutti Fruitti Agar-Agar

Satisfy sweet cravings with this delightfully refreshing fruit jelly.

INGREDIENTS:

12 tablespoons of Performance™ Natural Orange
1 litre of water
1 pack of agar-agar powder
Fruits of your choice (diced)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add water, agar-agar powder and Performance™ Natural Orange into a saucepan. Stir constantly and wait for it to boil.
  2. Add diced fruits into jelly moulds.
  3. Pour in agar-agar mixture into moulds, leave to chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour until set. Serve!
