Cheesy Vix Cake

Ingredients

1 cup Digestive biscuits (crumbs)
¼ cup Melted butter
9 teaspoons Vivix®
250g Cream cheese
½ cup Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Vivix® (for decoration)

Instructions

Base:
1. Mix digestive biscuits crumbs and melted butter. Beat until soft and combined.
2. Transfer the mixture into a container and press firmly into the base of the container to create an even layer.
3. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Topping:
1. Mix the rest of the ingredients thoroughly and pour over the base layer.
2. Pour 1 teaspoon Vivix® onto the cake as decoration.
3. Freeze for 1 hour before serving.

Tutti Frui-Yo Vix

Ingredients

1 teaspoon Vivix®
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 cup Mix fruits (apples, pear, berries, lychee)

Instructions

1. Layer 1 teaspoon of Vivix® in a cup.
2. Pour Greek yoghurt into cup and top with mixed fruits.
3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes and mix before serve.

Vivix® Soda Splash

Ingredients

1 teaspoon Vivix®
250ml Ice cream soda
½ piece Small lemongrass
2-3 pieces Peppermint leaves
1 slice Lemon/lime
1 piece Asam boi

Instructions

1. Pour Vivix® into a glass followed by ice cream soda.
2. Put ice cubes and asam boi.
3. Garnish with a piece of lemon and peppermint leaves.
