ESP Soy Protein Omelette

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 75ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp ESP Soy Protein
  • Tomatoes, onions and parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter
Directions:
  1. Mix ESP Soy Protein with 75ml of milk and shake well.
  2. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl with the ESP Soy Protein and milk mixture.
  3. Add any garnish of your choice.
  4. Mix and whisk well.
  5. Heat up pan and add butter.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into pan and fry.
  7. Your yummy, energising breakfast is ready!

ESP Soy Protein French Toast

Ingredients:
  • 2pcs Bread
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp ESP Soy Protein
  • Strawberries, blueberries and/or honey for garnish
  • Butter
Directions:
  1. Mix ESP Soy Protein with ½ cup of milk and shake well.
  2. Crack 2 eggs into bowl with the ESP Soy Protein and milk mixture.
  3. Mix and whisk well.
  4. Soak bread into mixture.
  5. Heat up pan and add butter.
  6. Put soaked bread into pan and fry.
  7. Add any garnish of your choice and your healthy ESP French Toast is ready!
